maintenance and troubleshooting for Compressor
Air compressors can be an effective and useful, but only work if they correctly. Here are some tips for proper maintenance and troubleshooting of malfunctioning of the compressor.

First we begin with a few basic tips to keep in order to limit the compressor and to future problems. The most important thing to remember is make sure you empty the water tank and compressor every few times you use it. Normally there is a valve at the bottom of the tank, which allows easy anywhere, fast, easy drainage. This prevents the accumulation of water in the reservoir to reduce the corrosion and can lead to the inside of the tank shape. In addition, if too much water accumulates inside the tank, not enough space for air and the compressor to be able to withstand the pressure during use.

The role of the maintenance work is the quality of the air compressor and maintains a hot and dry. Clean water prevents that dirt from working its way into all the valves or seals and problems. I recommend cleaning the dirt in the tank from time to time to ensure that its stored in a secure place. The reason for holding a warm and dry, preventing water from leaking at the seams or valves, and freezing. When the compressor is not working properly and the temperature is very low, then you try too hot for a while “to get.

One question that I jumped a lot, if it OK to run a compressor, a generator. This is not “OK”. Basically, a generator for providing a position to begin and enough energy to avoid damaging the engine every time you take. When running a normal electric compressor (at home), there are many “higher power” that can be used for this rapid increase. The reason for this increase is not triggered, the switch is because it is so fast (ie milliseconds happens). What happens when you run the generator, a compressor? Each time the engine needs a certain amount of agreement “because of the burden is not enough power. Since the engine off when the pressure reaches the threshold for when you can fall down and start again, you tend to turn on and off a lot . That is, you go to shave, if your compressor at each start.

The last main problem people run into the red zone. Leaks in the tank must be welded, but the losses that can be easily replaced by a new valve by a faulty valve. Discarded Try the old method of soapy water to see if the leak comes from the reserve, and should, first, before buying additional pipes. All hardware, such as Home Depot, you can buy the right part.
